Moving to the Toddler-B Room Monday!!!
Brooklynn is getting so big. She is moving into the Toddler B Room on Monday. They are so excited to have her and said she did great when she came in yesterday. Jeff walks her in every morning and she waves "hello" to everyone in the office. Then walks into her room, opens the fridge so Jeff can put her juice cup away, washes her hands and dries them off with a paper towel. She then proceeds to take the paper towel and walk around the room cleaning off the chairs and floor. She is very helpful around the house.
Miss Cynthia said she helped one of her friends "Brayden" the other day from the playground to the room (he is just starting to walk). She held his hand all the way to the door and made sure he got in OK (too cute). They always say how much they love her and how fun she is in the classroom (cute, sweet, helpful and a genius...guess we know who she takes after).
She has been learning all kinds of new words over the past few months. Her newest is octopus...she says oc-a-pus. She almost has watermelon. Jeff and I really need to watch what we say around her now. I guess I need to keep her away from Nikki now, b/c she was teaching her how to say "shit" last time. Really funny Nikki!
She is also becoming very independent. She now picks out her own bows/headbands and shoes every morning. And her new favorite character is Elmo (for the moment anyway).
Nikki just turned 24 years old on Wednesday - Happy Birthday Nikki!! A few other birthdays are coming up as well...Cassie will be 15 on July 9th, Ryan will be 9 on July 21st and Christopher will be 11 on July 28th. Busy month for the Hansen Family :)
